1. The service
VeryFi provides an AI-assisted review of a contractor/trade quote you upload, for a one-time fee per review (or via credit packs). Reviews are processed asynchronously and delivered in-app and by email.
2. Guidance only — not advice
Reports are general guidance only and are not a formal valuation, quantity-surveying assessment, or legal, financial, or building advice. Benchmarks are indicative and depend on available data and the quality of your upload. You remain responsible for your own decisions; obtain independent professional advice before entering a contract.
3. Payments, AUD & GST
Prices are in Australian dollars and GST-inclusive. A compliant Australian tax invoice (showing our ABN and the GST component) is issued on each purchase. Review credits are granted once payment is confirmed.
4. Refunds
If a review cannot be completed for technical reasons (for example, an unreadable or oversized file), the credit is automatically returned to your account. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
5. Your content
You confirm you are entitled to upload each quote. You grant us a licence to process it to deliver the service and to use de-identified, aggregated rate data to improve our benchmarks. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, content you have no right to share, or files designed to abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant review.
